Sweet cured raw ham with figs
Ingredients
- Sweet cured raw ham – Veneto PDO
- Fresh figs
Preparation
Wash and peel the figs, then cut them into quarters and place them in the centre of the plate. Slice the cured raw ham (preferably using a knife), leaving a fair amount of fat. Finally, place the slices of ham on the plate around the figs and serve.
