Strong, savoury taste

The mixture of meats chosen from all parts of the pig, carefully pressed and seasoned, gives rise to the famous Venetian sopressa. Traditional venetian salami, sopressa is now known and appreciated even outside the region and with its strong, savoury taste it satisfies the palates of the most demanding consumers, both Italian and foreign.

Brianza Sopressa is available in three formats: the Castellana, a classic 5 kg and 10 kg round sausage, the 2.5 kg Sopressa Curva and the Sopressina, a convenient home-made format of 0.7 kg.
